Bid or Buy did not deliver my dress. I want my money back.

I bought a dress and a lingerie online on Bid or Buy in March 2015, the total amount was+- R 900 including shipping. I then decided to cancel my order due to their delay. After 2 months I was told that they have already shipped my goods, till today I haven't receive anything from Bid or Buy. I later called customer service to complain but they told me to call the Seller of which I did but was not successful . I was then send from pillar to post till to date I have not received my Goods or Cash back.
