Bid or buy condones biased behavior from sellers

Bid or buy has become biased ,i won the bid and made payment of amount required , there was no time frame stipulated on the bid listing to complete the payment,it is still less than 48 hours that payment has been made....

I required the items i had won on bid ,to say it is out of stock is unexceptable as it sholdve been reserved ,thus if this is the case means the seller is listing items multiple times and if amount is not achieved he just says its out of stock and relists again, this is also I'm sure in contradiction of the CPA ...

I find this unacceptable and do not understand why bid or buy would condone such poor excuse for not having stock ,if i won the bid i am binded by your rules to pay and accept the product so there are NO continginecy rules in place to protect the buyer .....interesting ,i have purchased around 2000 items through bid or buy and will now relook at my support of your site or services , its simple ,there were 10 availabile ,i won the bid and my item should've been reserved but it was not , please ensure my refund is processed today by close of business so i can delete my profile with bid or buy and delete the app no more a supporter of bid or buy
