Bid or Buy Biased

<p>A client purchased from us From middle Spetember to December, Negative rating was issued to the buyer, due to non paymnet, after he promised to pay, over the last 3.5 months. The buyer then gave 'revenge ratings' back to us, the seller, which directly affects our business.</p> <p>We can only relist the items once the SNC has been completed. </p> <p>The client is dragging his feet in giving feedback on the SNC. </p> <p>Bid or Buy refuses to do anything until the client has responded to all 22 SNC notifications. And the client i doubt will respond to it, to keep his revenge ratings on our system. </p> <p>Even though we will lose a refund on our commission, and the loss of potential clients while this is dragging on.</p> <p>Seems like Bid or Buy values the buyers more than the sellers, even though BoB gets income from the sellers and not the buyers. </p> <p>Seems like there is no protecting of the sellers against abuse/ misuse of their goodwill towards Buyers. </p> <p>The sold stock remains the property of the seller untill paymnet has been made, but the system and buyers are keeping sellers hostage due to the 7 to 14 day waiting period for an SNC to be finalised. </p> <p>In this situation we are kept hostage as the buyer needs to confirm to BoB directly that the transaction was cancelled, in the meantime we are out of pocket, have a bad name, and potential loss of income. My verified seller status does not help or protect me whatsoever, so what does Verified seller status help sellers then actually? </p>
