Bid or buy auction unfairness

I would like to share a bad experience with Bid Or Buy. Bid means auction. And I win the auction it's mine. But if the seller tells me, that the amount bid is to little and he wants more, you tell him/her that a deal is a deal. After I complained to bid or buy, they said they will refund my money. What is a auction win, if you are not allowed to go ahead with the deal because the seller wants more. What is the buyers protection act then? Don't go on Bid or Buy to buy auction products. You are not protected as a buyer
