BID OR BUY AND ***

Ordered a headset on Bid or buy, seller is bbigger777. The rudest, unprofessional seller on Bid or Buy. Paid for Door to Door delivery. Was suppose to a Christmas present. After asking numerous times where my package is, he send me tracking number for Post Office. I rep**** and said I will not go to post office as I paid for Door to Door - which is way more expensive.

Seller refuse to give refund. I contacted Bid or Buy, been struggling for weeks now. They rep**** that I have to go fetch package from Post Office, return to seller, at my cost, then seller will refund me.

I keep on telling them it is not what I paid for, I PAID FOR DOOR TO DOOR. And that is what I'm expecting. Why pay for Door to Door only to get postal delivery which is in a very unsafe area. The seller ********** has so many bad reviews, with so many buyers saying exactly the same thing about him on Bid or Buy. He's rude, unhelpful and completely useless. But still Bid or Buy is taking his side Now they keep on replying I have to go fetch package and return!!!! They is absolutely no buyer protection like Bid or Buy advertise! They protect the seller, which was spiteful to send package to Post Office. BID OR BUY is useless !!!!! Please also never use above mentioned seller on Bid or Buy.
