Bid-or-Buy - a racketeering business?

I recently sold an item on Bid-or-Buy and since I struggle to get the proceeds from the sale. If it is such a link to retreive the money, it is then so well hidded that no one can find it, unless of course - one may think - be part of this money thieving business. Not to mention that the staff attending requests, such as Laurence Khubayi, a totally *********** (or maybe not - just playing the plot of *******) of whose "help" is as efficient as I would talk to a wall.
