I placed an order online in November 2019, for a portable air conditioner. Despatth details were forwarded to me, but the goods did not arrive. On querying the matter, I was advised that on delivery to me, a hijacking took place and so the item was presumeably ******. Despite several queries on this purchase, the matter still remains unresolved. Sounds lika a spam operation
