Biased and unfair !!! No management access !

<p>I have been with this site, both buying and selling ,for many years ! A few months ago, I have had an unhappy customer. He has complained to BOB and even though I have compensated him fiscally to the extend he agreed upon, he refused to withdraw his complaint. I have conveyed this to BOB, they have contacted him</p> <p>on 2 occassions and both times have taken the buyers lies as a deciding factor and removed my name from</p> <p>sellers list ! I have spoken to a fellow named Nicolas, who is biased and prejudiced and limited in trying to</p> <p>resolve this issue ! And there is no one that I can complain to above him- ordinary , normal people are</p> <p>not listend to !!</p> <p>Very dissapointed in this total disregard for democratic and fair process ! Maybe he has been promissed a bribe ?!</p> <p>Will tell whoever is willing to listen, and maybe BOB will lose clients and money because of this lack of</p> <p>fairness and respect.</p> <p>Derick Tober</p>
