Beware of Flawed Buyer Protection

The platform claims to offer buyer protection but its extremely flawed. After purchasing items from a seller, I received incorrect items. After discussing with seller I returned the items and then he claimed I returned the wrong item and logged a case with ***. There is no way to prove either my side or the seller so *** is judge and jury. You have to record opening the parcel and record returns otherwise you will lose out. I had to fight for my money and got told the seller decided as a "goodwill" agreed to return my funds. Since I had stern words for the seller, they have closed my account. Avoid using bidorbuy at all costs
