Beware Bid or Buy, they have ****** my money

So I bought some bobbucks 3 years ago on Bid or Buy which was valued at R580 (R1=1BOBBUCK). This is what they call their currency on the site. I forgot about them. When I popped on the site the other day to spend "my own money" I saw my balance at zero. Without any warning BId or Buy have taken my money by saying these bobbucks have expired. No email warning to give me a chance to spend or withdraw them. I think it is disgusting.
