Bad support on BidorBuy

I bought a replacement screen for my Iphone on Bidorbuy. Before buying the product I specifically asked the seller two questions on the Bidorbuy Platform: 1) Does the replacement screen come with all the tools I need to do a screen replacement? To which the seller rep****: Yes. 2) Is it fairly easy to do? To which the seller rep****: Yes. After receiving the product and lots of correspondence with the seller, I realised I was being **** to. It wasnt all the tools I needed to do a screen replacement as one also needs a heat gun as well as a very specific type of glue. 2) It isnt easy to do, it is freakin difficult. The Seller just kept telling me to take the screen to a dealer and that they charge approx. R150. All 4 dealers I took the phone and replacement screen to refused to touch the screen and wanted to charge me R1500! I then asked for my money back and the seller refused. I then involved Bidorbuy support and they have been disappointing. They contacted the Seller and asked her to reply within 48 hours. This didnt happen. I then had to follow-up after 4 days. The support team then asked the Seller to file an SNC which still hasnt happened. The Seller doesnt even respond to Bidorbuy and now they are making it my problem to try to get a refund. I will not use this platform to buy anything again. Ref ********** 3 or ticket CXQ- ********** 0.
