BAD SERVICE

I bought a new projector on BidorBuy (Order ***) and made the payment as required. I just received an email saying this:<br> \Please note that this item will need a transformer as it is from our American Suppliers and the Voltage is different to our South African Voltage.'<br> I find this unacceptable. Nowhere in the ad was mentioned that a transformer will be needed. I asked 2 different people to check out the info/ad for me to make sure I will be able to use it. If this info was displayed on the advert we would definitely have seen it.<br> I requested that they supply the transformer of pay back my money.<br> Please help me in this regard. Thank you so much.
