Bad service

I app**** to be a seller on bidorbuy,my account was approved and updated by a lady called thandi molepo.I tried to login but i couldnt so i enquired from the same that i cant access my account.She told me my account has timed out i need to reapply again.I tried to get more info from concerning but she never even rep**** thats very rude and bad customer service.
