Bad business practice

Bought cellular battery online January 2021 from a mickey mouse dealer in Cape Town "make a bid " through bidorbuy.

Battery was faulty, complaint was logged with Bidorbuy . Still waiting disgusted with the bad service from Bidorbuy to resolve my problem. Becoming more irrtated every day knowing that they don't care about giving good customer service. I'm confident that this customer complaint can be resolved with Bidorbuy Martin Groenewald ***
