BAD ATTITUDE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO PAY-OUT!!!!!

I am waiting NOW almost for a week to get my refund and it is just an excuse on excuse!!!! Promises been made and as a Customer they where quick enough to take my money, but if it comes to the pay out a person has to hope and pray and loose your temper before something get done!!! Very unprofessional and no client service at all. Even if you phone you get a attitude!!!! How ****ing rude!!!! Till now no money!!!! Wonder what the excuse is going to be now again and what promises they going to make now to not keep them? PEOPLE BE VERY CAREFUL IF BUYING FROM BOB!!!!!!
