Avoiding obligation to pay a claim

I paid for an item on Bid or Buy but never received it so submitted a buyer protection claim. #YUO-***1<br> I have jumped through all,the hoops asked of me only to be told that I will not be paid out as I have claimed elsewhere. This is complete ******* as all I have done is follow the intructions provided to me on how to submit a claim. It appears to be another excuse from Bid or Buy not to accept their responsibility for the lack of security or means of preventing ***** from being perpetrated on their online platform. Any old ******** can sell non-existant goods on Bid or Buy, Bid or Buy will receive the money for these goods from Joe public, pay them to the ********, less Bid or Buy's fees of course, and poor old Joe never gets the goods and suffers all the loss whilst Bid or Buy and the ******** all walk away scott free and having made a profit. This is surely against the law! <br> Kindly advise why my claim will not be paid and provide evidence of reasons it will not be paid?
