Apparant ******* operate on bidorbuy

My fiance bought my engagement ring early December 2015 from TheBlackKnight who operates through Bidorbuy. Monies were paid up front. Deliveries were promised and never met. 10 weeks have passed. All correspondence has stopped. Emails are not answered. Phones are not answered. No physical address available. We requested assistance from Bidorbuy who just do the same as we do - email the supplier with no response. THATS IT ... The BlackKnight has an excellent rating on Bidorbuy. Digging deep now, I see more than half a million rand ****** from bidorbuy customers by TheBlackKnight since November.... and thats just from people who have bothered to complain. If Bidorbuy had reacted to all the complaints, my fiance would still have the money he had saved for years to buy me a ring.<br> <br> How can this be allowed !!!!!! Bidorbuy are not protecting the consumer
