Appalling service- non delivery of order

Good day

I place an Order ***2 on the 29th April and i am still waiting for delivery which was supposed to be done in June already. I understand that we are under lockdown at least there should be some form of communication to update your clients with regards to expected delivery date. The service provided by the company is appalling to say the least. i have sent numerous emails to complain but nobody gives me the specific of where the order is and when can it be delivered.
