Apathy Rife

Draconian shipping policies that affect us, the customer. They outsource couriers with bad reputations and poor track records when it comes to delivery. Items that are in the next town takes an average of 5 days to arrive. One could just drive to the neighbouring town and fetch the items yourself. Complaints to BidorBuy (BOB) results in a single sentence, generic non response. A general malaise and apathy has set in as is per usual with anything run by South Africans.
