BOB is not looking after buyers and they are protecting sellers that is selling products which is indicated as new but when it arrive the seal is broken and the item broken. Very clearly a returned product that was send. BOB is not doing anything to protect me the buyer and they do not call back or send emails. They said the sellers account in blocked but is not. BOB lies and protect only the seller. be careful to buy from them you will loose all the way taken into account the cost of time effort etc. to get them to respond. Be careful when buying from Bid or Buy
