Account put under "USER REVIEW" after requesting to have my account closed

<p>A few months ago I requested to have my account closed after having a hell of a time getting items delivered from a seller and being treated very poorly by the staff at BidorBuy. Today I wanted to buy an item off the site and wanted to reactivate my account but my account was put under "USER REVIEW". I don't understand why, as the buyer who paid on time but didn't get my items delivered as agreed upon, I am under review and the seller is still trading.</p> <p> </p> <p>This would never have happended on BidorBuy a few years ago. In 2013 I had a similar issue with a seller and the regional manager then actually delivered my goods to me personally. I don't know why the customer service for the buyers have gone downhill so much.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's terribly dissapointing.</p>
