Account Blocked and need to pay R500!!!!!
I went onto bidorbuy yesterday to sell something yesterday and it didn't allow me. Emailed customer care and they came back and said that my account has been blocked and I need to pay R500 for shill bidding. This is the first time I hear about this and if I go to my Account information it states - Balance today R0.00, Payment amount: no payment is necessary. So why do I have to pay R500 if it doesn't say anything on my account regarding this and only heard of this today! This is unacceptable and will never support bidorbuy anymore (have purchased a few things in the past through them). I am also going to cancel my account!!!!

Please note that in April of 2014 your selling ability was removed for shill bidding.
As per our terms and conditions (3.8) we reserve the right to apply an administration fee in order to have your selling ability reinstated.
Your account reflects as R0.00 due to the fact that we have not received confirmation that you intend on having your selling account unrestricted. You were emailed regarding shill bidding on 03/04/2014 and were asked to contact us regarding your selling account.
Should you wish to have your selling ability reinstated, please follow the instructions sent to by Tsholofelo earlier today.
