Absolutely terrible customer service - Nicolas Phungo - Bidorbuy consultant

I have been selling on Bid or buy for over 3 years with a 95% positive review. The customer proceeded to order an item from us that was unfortunately ****** either at the Post office or customs. This consultant Nicolas Phungo was put in charge of the ticket and the situation quickly devolved. I run a drop-shipping business through bidorbuy and in the matter of 1 day of the consultant receiveing the ticket my account was not allowed to proceed with payouts due to a note he put on the account, after sending me 1 email. I had an item on auction and sold it at the same time a refund was to be given to the customer for the ****** item, i phoned customer care to ask in which order i should procceed and was told to order the latest item and refund the customer with the payout but because of the lack of comprehension on Nicolas Phungo behalf the order could not be completed becasue of the note he put on the account. He has now devolved into threats of disabling my account due to his initial mess up and complete lack of knowledge of dropshipping. The attitude shown to myself by this consultant is absolutely disgusting, 3 years of dedicated service to this website complely erradicated by one consultant who lacks problem solving s****s. I will proceed to report him to BidorBuy management with a negative review attributed to him with a note put on my account that he will NEVER deal with myself or my customers again. The support shown to sellers on bidorbuy has always been negligible and compounds even more when consultants clearly without the proper training or s****s to understand a situation and resolve it. The entire reason for this complaint is to ensure future customers and sellers take care when dealing with this consultant and that bidorbuy takes complains seriously enough to make sure he is evalutated based on his extremely poor service and attitude.
