a bad situation averted

This situation started out badly when I purchased a product via Bidorbuy and there was confusion over payment because of a dual purchase of the same product (presumably a system glitch). I commend Bidorbuy for their patience in dealing with me.....I should mention that I was not a happy camper and thus had lost my patience. Buying products online is a ***** experience at the best of times; so I wish to thank companies like Bidorbuy for making this pastime a lot less stressful now that I understand the fail-safe measures they have in place to protect customers.
