8Months and still waiting

Last year in December I purchased something from a vendor on this platform. The vendor 1st didn't have the colour I wanted and then didn't gave stock of the alternative colour.

So I requested my money back. I send my banking details more than once but to date I still haven't been reimbursed the funds.

It has now been almost 8 months and still no refund
