As the parameters of my move changed, I continually compared them to Stuttafords and Pickfords and they remained the cheapest. When it got to booking the date, they were also able to accommodate me on the exact dates i asked for. The actual move went exactly as it was supposed to. The men packed up and loaded the goods carefully and quickly and off they went. In Bloemfontein, I had an even more surprising interaction with Biddulphs when they were able to deliver earlier than expected and where they accommodated me with delivering in a smaller vehicle so I did not have to be the shunting vehicle between the complex gate and the townhouse - absolutely blew my mind that they would add so much value to the service! Amanda (PE - quoter) was extremely competent at quoting and explaining the costs to me transparently. It felt like I could really trust what they were asking me for their services - and therefore I could trust their services. Moving forward, I would use Biddulphs again - even for local moves.
