Worst move ever

Worst experience ever. They used the wrong truck. Kept me waitig the whole day. Picked up my furniture and goods at 9.30 am and delivered at 5 pm. Promised to keep in touch on arrival. I called every half an hour and did not get one call back throughout the whole day. A very unhappy customer.
