What a frustrating and stressful experience using Bidhulps
My experience with them was frustrating and stressful. I am still waiting for a desk that was collected in Pretoria on the 17th of January 2022. They are unorganized and you need to phone them constantly to find out what is going on. They are not punctual and do not keep within the timeframes they provide you. I will definitely not recommend this Company if you require good customer service.

Your items are currently in our Cape Town storage facility and are accessible anytime of the day or week by prior arrangement. All the requested items you noted to be delivered from storage, kept as keep forward from Gauteng to CPT have been delivered to your request. There may be additional items that remain in your storage load which we can happily re-deliver as per your request.
The matter will be further investigated internally regarding the service levels and once again we remain at your disposal to rectify any and/or all outstanding issues. Please continue to make contact with the nearest direct branch manager where your goods are located to resolve future move request queries.
