Update on previous report

In the previous report (15 August 2015) I mentioned some of our property going missing during the moving process. Most of the items were found, for example the iron was left under the sink in the old home (which we discovered when we handed over to the home owner), and the bathroom mat together with the bedside table contents was discovered in a misplaced box. Some items are still missing, for example the LED flood lights which arrived in an unsealed box (after recounting it turns out 4 went missing, not 2 as initially thought). The kershaw knife is also still missing but now I'm less certain about where it ended up.<br> <br> Biddulphs contacted me directly, and updated me regularly on the process on their side. Unfortunately there was not much that they could do as no one confessed after questioning, and the last thing you want to do is wrongly accuse someone. They have identified which individuals packed where, and used that to identify who would most like have been responsible. These individuals have a suspicion of taking things noted in their company records. There is still a loss, however I feel better after they have taken action and responded to me.
