Unprofessional and unreliable

We had our possessions stored with Biddulphs and gave them 4 months’ notice for when they had to deliver our things to our new house. They only delivered half of our things on the day that we had agreed upon; the next day (when they had said they would deliver in the morning) they ended up saying that they would only deliver the rest of our stored possessions at 19:00 that night. They never showed up. Then, after all of this, we phoned and enquired about when the things would be delivered and found out that they had scheduled our delivery for a week from when they were supposed to deliver.
