Unprofessional and apoor Communication

Unprofessional, and poor communication from Biddulphs. I notified them 3 weeks in advance to make my load ready for delivery. They only respond at 18:00 a day before delivery that I have to pay for storage else there might be delays in delivering my load. Worst part is that they do not event send me the account number to make this payment to. They are deliberately playing delay tactics. If you don't want to sleep on the floor at your nulew apartment due to undelivered furniture then look at other moving companies. Honestly I wouldn't recommend Biddulphs.
