Stuff left behind

During May 2015 my parents moved from Heidelberg in Gauteng to Herm****. Whilst off loading in Herm**** my dad realized that one big trunk we not there. Just to find out the next day that it was still in Heidelberg. After phoning Biddulphs they arranged for the trunk to be picked up ,at no extra charge, and sent to us. It took a week or so to arrive.
