Storage of gooods

I have already sent a review but advise that all the staff treated myself and my husband very well. Everything was explained to us clearly including the storage and insurance details and we were very happy with the arrangements. There was no packing or collection as we did this ourselves, which explains in the previous review why several items did not apply.
