STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
They can only move your things, and not safely. my things got lost and when i ask for insurance to pay for it thats taking a whole month. Look for another service, this one only wants to get paid, only the sales team will give you attention - once you pay they will ignore you. I actually got my things at 9 pm and they ignored me all day till then i had to book for anothr place to stay. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Our ops team did make contact with you in advance of the delivery to confirm if we could deliver first thing in the morning but you declined this request as you had other commitments and would only be back after 3pm. While we aimed to accommodate your request for a delivery after 3 PM, our team unfortunately faced unexpected delays on a prior job that pushed the time back. We are currently sourcing a replacement for only 1 x single missing desk part and we want to help speed up your insurance claim as a priority.
