My driveway was damaged recently by one of their vehicles delivering household contents to a house next door to mine. This is a copy of my e-mail to the PMB Branch manager, Deshen Thomas, earlier today. :- [ It is so good to know there are still companies that accept responsibilty and accountability, but of course it is people, like yourself, working in the company, that 'make' that a reality. Thank you.] The matter was settled and repaired very quickly and professionally.
