I moved from Potchefstroom to Mossel Bay during April. Staff arrived at my departure address on time as mentioned to me. Staff was friendly efficient and professional. I had a lot of fragile packages that was handled with proper care. My items and furniture arrived on the date and time as I was informed and the staff was once again efficient in off loading as well. I experienced no missing property or breakage during the move. I can honestly recommend Biddulphs if you need to move. I also would recommend the office staff that was professional in the way how they dealt with customers and was always available to assist when I was unsure of anything with regard to my move
