Rock Bottom

I asked Biddulph's to transport my household goods from a storage warehouse Italy to Cape Town. They insisted that my goods would be properly packed before being sent and charged me a huge added sum for this service. But once I had paid, they became very cavallier and my goods arrived with no, I repeat no proper packing. They were rattling around in the cardboard boxes which I had originally put them in. I asked to be refunded for the added packing that they had charged me for and they are fobbing off on an Italian company that they work with and tell me that it is not their fault.
