Restored Faith

I feel I must share a current-ongoing experience. We have moved to Zambia from South Africa. Due to misunderstandings, lack of support and our house being almost destroyed by hail, the process of finalising packing and the documenting of our goods was seriously delayed. We brought our car with us so needed an agent to assist with the clearing of it once we arrived at the Botswana-Zambia border and were really concerned. However we received a call from Lindy in the cross border department of Biddulphs in Johannesburg and to our delight she very quickly came to our assistance by organising an agent in Zambia to assist, chased us up for missing and correct information and documentation. The importation of the car went off without a hitch and the truck load of household goods is on the road, whether or not they arrive in time has yet to be seen, however if they don't, the fault is certainly not that of Lindy and her department. Thanks Lindy for everything - you were certainly the saviour on the day.
