Pathetic

<p>Our entire household goods were in storage with Biddulphs for 18 months. If one looks at the pictures of the storage facilities it looks fantastic! Well we now finally relocated to our new house in the Western Cape and after paying a fortune for storage and another fortune to move the goods down to the Cape I am totally disgusted with the service received, from the initial battle to just receive a quotation for the move right through all the broken antiques and scratched furniture and all of the many frustrations experienced, to the one that just ensures that I will NEVER use Biddulphs again!</p> <p>They lost the 6 plastic feet of one of our double beds and it has been a month of promises and still nothing. I can buy these feet for around R50 each if that, but not even an apology is forthcoming.</p> <p>BAD FORM Biddulphs!</p> <p>I am not going to mention names but you know who you are.</p>
