Not happy with Biddulphs

I had my stuff (furniture, clothes and my car) moved from Cape Town to Johannesburg by Biddulphs. On Friday 29 November, they collected my furniture and household and everything worked out perfectly well. I then went to drop my vehicle at the Cape Town depot the same Friday. On 3 December my househould stuff got delivered as promised, no damages and everything went quite well.

Now my issue is with my car and nobody seem to know where exactly it is or when it's going to arrive. I called the Cape Town depot several times and all I get is that the Johannesburg will call when my car is ready for collection. I called the Johannesburg depot and they're saying nothing as well except that they'll call when it's ready for collection. I need to know where exactly it is, if it has been picked up from Cape Town already and en route or if it's still waiting to be picked up. I requested for this information for forever but nobody seem to give me the response I'm looking for. I cannot sit not knowing where my car is, a bit of an update would have gone a long way especially seeing that I've been asking and making follow ups. The last e-mail I received was from Anthea at the CT depot asking a guy named Corrie Vermaak from ToAnywhere to let me know when to collect the car and that was it. Never received any feedback from Corrie. I need Biddulphs whom I entrusted my car with, to tell me where my car is and when I will get it in Johannesburg. This is very frustrating to go day in and day out without knowing where my possession is.
