Staff performed their duties well Were at times over zealous with packaging materials causing wastage.

We will look into the wastage as we regularly do site inspections and cross reference packing materials issued and used. At times our staff might use a bit too much to ensure nothing gets damaged, but we are thankful for the feedback.
