NIGHTMARE RELOCATION by BIDDULPHS INTERNATIONAL

<p>Hi Jannie</p> <p> </p> <p>I am horrified by the level of service i experienced from this removal company!</p> <p>I moved house on 27.09.2016 from the onset this was very poorly managed. The removal staff arrived with broken and torn boxes which they had to mend just to pack my items away. I had to have certain of my furniture be taken to storage and others to my temporary accomodation. Needless to say, items were misplaced, others were packed incorrectly in the wrong boxes, other boxes were not marked accordingly and were then sent to storage and vice versa, i also had items ****** and others damaged for which the insurance is still to be sorted out by biddulphs.</p> <p>The entire experience was a disaster and to Top it off the Branch Manager at Biddulphs Potchefstroom advises me through his Operations manager that i am not blame for the mix up upon my complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still waiting for any kind of feedback from this company!</p>
