The company quoted for the move from Pretoria to George and we were impressed because Victor assessed everything to ensure a relevant amount which was not cheap. On the day of the move they arrived with a truck far too small. We noted but they insisted, until 4pm that all will be fine. In the end, a bakkie came to assist and we had to leave behind some of our potted plants. This was really not acceptable. We were happy either way the packers and the driver and also happy with off loading but we are still unhappy about the too small truck and the related losses .
