Missing items and damaged goods
I do not recommend them if you're moving and want your items in one piece or if they even arrive at all
I am absolutely appalled by the condition some of my items
My fan is broken, my sleeper couch legs are broken and many other items
I also have a lot of missing items
Mugs, dishes, appliances even the legs for my bed!
I unpacked all my furniture today to just find out the condition I paid a lot of money for this
Biddulphs better find my items and send someone out to see if they can repair or replace my items! I am extremely irate and if no resolution is found I will be escalating this matter further!

We've reviewed the file: Your move from CPT to JHB on 31 Oct / delivered 3 Nov was signed off overall standard of your move as "excellent service" on the day. Since you had a flight to catch the same day, we couldn't complete the full unpack. We've just heard about these concerns nearly a month after the fact, but we've already sent a team back this week! We noticed you still have some items left to unpack. Good News: Any items initially noted as missing have been accounted for and redelivered to our knowledge. Next Steps: We are committed to finding the best resolution going forward for any insured repairs or replacements. We'll be in direct contact with you soon to sort this out. 28 Nov 2025, 16:23Hi please note your comment is not true I did not have to catch a flight on that day when asked about unpacking they said they just unpack from the truck I had a flight the next day
The items were delivered 3 weeksater only after I requested which means you would have kept it which is theft
I have logged the claim but your claims agent has not responded and said I have 7 days to claim which is not fair as your team did not unpack which is a service I paid for by the way and it was not cheap
Do not lie on social media and why do you only respond once I post something my emails go ignored and unanswered you only want to seem like a good company on social media
