Making a difficult time easy!

I recently made use of the services of Biddulphs to ship the content of my house. From the start I was impressed with the level of excellence. Carlo at the Cape Town office was great and I had the quote within days. He was also approachable and I needed to phone him a few times with questions, which he explained in an understandable manner. The guys doing the packing was also great. They were professional, but very friendly. I had some specific requestS (eg. pack the garage last) that they easily accommodated. I was able to keep all necessary items for the last day separate and they then packed it last. On the day of loading they were extremely efficient and my whole 3 bedroom house was packed in less than 2 hours. They also accommodated me in stopping at my storage to upload furniture there as well. If need I will definitely make use of them again in future and can strongly recommend them!
