"lost" item

Worst moving and storage experience I've ever had. A treasured furniture piece of mine mysteriously disappeared when it was removed and put into the storage facility, with no accountability or apology from the company. For weeks I was told this is being investigated by the storeman, who is most often "off site". There has been no explanation or solution provided for this blunder caused by the company.
