After giving a poor review due to a missing box, I have to eat humble pie and apologise to the management who I was upset with. I found the small box which had obviously been double wrapped for protection, and packed as a box within another box. I was always insistent that the unpacking crew were amazing. I was just disappointed in “losing” my sentimentals which was not the case. Thank you, it was a big job.
