I could not have asked for more!

To whom it may concern. When Ms. Mikhaila Govender drove out to uMhlanga in order to evaluate what I wanted to relocate to the USA, she met a very ill and “nervous” man that was going through one of the most difficult times of my life. She showed me the utmost kindness and understanding by being patient, empathetic and well… by simply being a very nice human being. She came out an extra two times to help me with paperwork. I owe her a debt of gratitude. She helped to alleviate the pain of what I was going through by assisting me to simplify in my mind the process of shipping out my goods. I also wish to thank the Biddulphs team of packers that arrived with a real positive attitude towards their tasks ahead. They arrived on time on a day established prior with all the equipment and materials needed to do a proper job. Makhanda, Precious and Xolisile did not flinch for a minute when they saw the strange shapes they needed to wrap. I am a sculptor. I witnessed how they wrapped each artwork with the same care that I put into making my pieces. It was also a pleasure to note the way they worked together, with no fuss, each one choosing with self-imposed authority their own c**** and following through it without leaving any loose ends. After everything had been loaded on to the truck they cleaned up the whole area of all debris. I was regularly informed as to where my goods were during transport. It all arrived in the USA on time, intact and at half the price of other companies. I can now understand why Biddulphs has been working as a company for so many years. If all their employees are as competent and personable as Mikhaila Govender, Makhanda, Precious and Xolisile showed themselves to be, I am sure Biddulphs WILL continue to grow from strength to strength.
