Biddulphs was, out of all the removal companies we spoke to, the most flexible and accommodating. Moving house is a large interruption and being able to dictate what, when and how helps to ease the process. They were the only company who would allow us to specify only certain high value items to ensure and they worked with us on packing time, loading time and delivery time. Most important for me was that the team that came into my house to pack and load, was friendly, professional, kind, and flexible. They throughout made my wife, who was there alone, very comfortable and safe. Finally, having unpacked everything, I can say that not one single item was damaged. Insured or uninsured, every single item, big or small, valuable or not, was handled with care and respect. From my experience, I can recommend them.
