Hero of the day!

I recently booked a local move and storage from Lonehill to Kempton park to be precise my move was booked for the 20th of March at 1pm as per the quotation and call conversation with Patrick or Eric.I was all packed and ready to move only to wait for half the day and having no update as to whether there would be a delay to my move , as in any complex there are time restrictions' had no contact from anyone in Biddulph to inform me of the delay, this frustrated me and wanted me to cancel, however a big Thank you goes out to Remy Richmond and his team for such amazing service , constant update and friendliness not forgetting professionalism from him and his entire team, I had made 1 call only to him, which resulted in my stress been eliminated and your company saving a client .I hope Biddulphs realises an employee of such dynamic and professional standards is an asset not only to the company ,also ensuring the clients are kept satisfied and receive world class service.
